Whiting Woods Property Owners, Inc (WWPO)

 is a 501(c)(4) non-profit California Corporation

and we represent the interests of Whiting Woods property owners. 

Founded in 1960 we're one of the oldest HOA's in the City of Glendale.

YES $20 per Year

  Our annual dues are presently only $20, and membership is voluntary. 

If you don't live in Whiting Woods, you may join as an Associate Member.

Associates do not have voting rights, but may attend all our functions 

and receive email notices.

(Sorry but dues are not tax deductible)

Our mission is to preserve and enhance the value of property ownership in Whiting Woods.

  There are many reasons to join, not the least of which is the support of WWPO's activities, which represent our neighborhood’s interest in matters of local government, policies, access to city staff and elected representatives. Additionally, we communicate important information to members, host informational meetings, and organize social events for residents.

We welcome your attendance at our events and volunteer involvement.

However, we ask that you pay the annual dues fee of  $20, which is used to cover 

the cost of social and community-related activities .
