Annual Meeting

The primary purpose of this meeting is to discuss the business of WWPO and to update the residents on any major issues that may have an impact on Whiting Woods.

It is also a voting meeting where members elect the Block Directors, who will serve a 2-year term, representing specific streets in our neighborhood. Every other year half of the seats are voted upon. Residents may also be voting on any By-Law changes that may be pending change.

Additionally each year the Association invites speakers to share topics of interest. In past years speakers have included City Councilmembers, City staff,  Police and Fire Department representatives, Educators and Business and Organization representatives. 

Last but not least, the Annual Residents Meeting is used as a place to distribute information from WWPO and to invite any interested residents to share concerns and volunteer their services.
